Here at Williams, our Drive Through Hosts play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and a seamless service experience from the moment they arrive.

We offer a salary of £29,835 with an additional performance bonus of £900 per year.

Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 9.00am-1.00pm

As a Drive Through Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, to ensure every vehicle is checked in accurately and every customer receives a smooth, efficient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well‑presented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Greeting customers professionally welcoming all visitors promptly, introducing yourself and confirming their appointment
• Escorting customers to the lounge offering refreshments and ensuring they meet the correct colleague
• Liaising with Service Advisors clearly communicating customer needs and additional work
• Checking in vehicles photographing and recording damage, tagging keys in the security system
• Managing customer flow ensuring no customer is left waiting unnecessarily
• Maintaining vehicle standards, ensuring all cars are clean, parked correctly and ready for handover
• Keeping the working environment tidy

• Smart personal appearance and excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Commitment to health, safety and company standards
• Full UK Driving License
