Overview

* Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
 
* Upsell relevant products or services during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities.
 
* Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
 
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share best practices.
 
* Follow company protocols for complaint handling and escalation procedures.
 
* Support the onboarding of new customers by providing clear guidance and assistance.
