Revenue Enforcement Officer

We are currently looking for professional, energetic and enthusiastic people who are interested in pursuing a career in rail. We have immediate vacancies for a Revenue Enforcement Officer who can work in the Manchester area. The successful candidates will provide a highly visible presence at various stations, supporting strategies aimed at reducing ticket‑less travel by ensuring customers possess valid tickets. They will also be required to complete other operational documentation and, when necessary, attend court.

As this is a customer‑facing role, they may need to provide support to customers who need help, especially during times of disruption. Delivery of high standards of customer service is therefore a key skill for all of these roles.

As an ambassador for both Carlisle Support Services and our prestigious client, candidates must demonstrate a "can‑do" attitude, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a good standard of numeracy and literacy. They should be smart, well‑presented, and happy to wear the uniform provided.

We have a range of available working shifts over 5 days per week with opportunities for overtime. The rate of pay will be £13.58. Applicants must be able to attend the station by 0600 hrs and work up to 2330 hrs Monday to Sunday, so ideally should live locally.
