A well established , award winning Business Travel company are recruiting for their Out of Hours team, within a homebased role. This role will be supporting corporate clients over the phone and by email with new and existing Worldwide bookings, whilst offering the highest level of service . This role will require an experienced consultant who can work both independently and as part of a team dealing with emergency situations and resolving these quickly .

This role will be working on a shift pattern covering shifts 8.30am-5.30pm, 10.15am-7pm and 5pm-1.45am and will include some weekend shifts on a rota. This offers a generous basic salary and experience using a gds sabre, amadeus or galileo is essential.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, delivering expert, personalised advice
• Book and amend Worldwide multi sector flights, hotels and transfers to suit the client needs
• Assist with ticketing including reissues, changes and revalidations
• Provide outstanding after-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant
• Experience working within an Out of Hours role would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent gds experience using sabre, amadeus or galileo
• Ticketing experience
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to details
