Aftersales Advisor

Aftersales Advisor Cheltenham Arden White is supporting a high end dealership inrecruit an Aftersales Advisor in Cheltenham. This role would suit someone with experience in the motor trade as a Service advisor or Parts Advisor who enjoys a mix of workshop support and customer-facing work. This is a smaller dealership which means the role is very varied, from supporting customers with booking in their vehicles to helping oversee the stock of parts.

The Role:

Support the workshop with parts ordering and pre-picking Assist customers with parts, accessories and merchandise Manage stock levels and ensure parts availability Deliver a high standard of service across all aftersales activities Helping coordinate repair bookings into and out of the workshop.

What Were Looking For :
Experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Parts Advisor or similar Strong customer service and retail skills Organised with good attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must have the right to work in the UK Within a commutable distance of Cheltenham Desirable:

Experience with in a franchised dealership or premium brand environment Whats On
