An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing Customer Service team within a leading large-format print manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of existing accounts.
The Role:This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Process and manage client orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
- Coordinate the purchasing of materials required for customer projects.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing queries, concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Escalate customer requirements and feedback to senior management where appropriate.
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services provided.
- Support sales and marketing activities by providing market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, identifying customer needs, and analysing customer responses to products and services.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role within the print industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues when required.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
This role would suit a customer-focused Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and taking ownership of jobs from quotation through to delivery.
