We are a fast-growing wellness brand dedicated to helping our customers feel their best through innovative products and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service agent to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As a Customer Service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our salon partners and customers. You'll manage enquiries across phone and email, provide updates on orders and stock availability, and support the smooth processing of orders through Salesforce. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from salon partners and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate updates on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability.
  • Learn and understand our product range, to be able to advise and educate our customer on what product is best for them.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries received through the shared customer service inbox.
  • Process customer orders using Salesforce.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and elevate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including operations, sales partnership managers, and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide support and help the RSM’s with day to day queries.
  • Support general customer service administration and reporting tasks.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Assist with the booking of company wide events and travel requirements.
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using CRM systems;
    Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
