Health Clinics Booking Adviser – 6 months Fixed Term

Location:

Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester / Hybrid (min of 2 days per week in the Bupa Office)

Contract:

6 months Fixed Term Contract – Full time

Hours:

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday covering various shifts between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Salary: £26,500 per annum + Monthly performance based bonus

Responsibilities

This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self‑pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission.

You’ll handle incoming customer calls from customers wanting to discuss our range of primary care and MSK products, complete bookings and generate revenue to hit your monthly target. You will also respond to emails and resolve queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolved and action changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated accurately and timely.

Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Experience of working in a customer service/sales environment with strong customer‑focused skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a tight, high‑achieving sales team and responsibility for both individual and team targets.
  • Experience speaking with customers over the phone or via email.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages and the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using a firm yet diplomatic approach when needed.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment.
  • Positive, calm demeanor and a “can‑do” attitude within the team/department.
