Pertemps Leicester is seeking an experienced Service Improvement Lead for an initial 4-month contract based in Leicester. This hybrid role involves solving operational challenges, improving customer journeys, and driving service improvements.

The successful candidate will support the operational recovery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with customer service and technology teams to enhance performance across all channels.
