Customer Service/Export Co‑ordinator – Wythenshawe – £28,000–£32,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor looking for a dynamic, pro‑active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co‑ordinator to join a well‑established team during an exciting period of growth. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer communication.

• Processing daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers for the UK and globally
• Booking courier and creating commercial invoices
• Fact‑finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquiries
• Responding and communicating with customers regarding orders and stock queries
• Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and ensuring successful delivery
• Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders
• Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits
• Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members
