Guidant Global is looking for a compassionate Night Shift Customer Service Advisor to support vulnerable customers during sensitive moments. This role, located in Angel Square, involves handling inbound calls and providing empathetic support alongside administrative tasks within a contact centre.
The ideal candidate should possess previous customer service experience, emotional resilience, and strong communication skills. The contract is fixed-term until 31st December, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM on a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern.
