Job Overview

We're recruiting for a Receptionist (Customer Experience Host) for our Manchester Vauxhall branch. The role involves welcoming customers in person and on the phone, delivering excellent customer service, handling daily administrative duties, and maintaining branch standards with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Manage a large volume of customer calls and respond to enquiries efficiently.
• Ensure customer areas remain tidy and presentable.
• Collaborate proactively with all departments within the branch.

• Great telephone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.

• Knowledge of Cisco telephony.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Full time:
Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm.
