Customer Service Advisor

📍 Manchester City Centre

💰 £25k Basic Salary

💸 Up to £30,000 On Target Earnings

🕒 Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm | Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm

❌ No Weekends

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Advisor to join a highly skilled team responsible for supporting existing customers.

You'll be speaking with customers whose existing products are nearing renewal, helping them understand their options, answering questions and ensuring they receive the most suitable outcome for their needs.

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with existing customers

* Managing customer renewals, upgrades and amendments

* Providing information and guidance on available products

* Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions

* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance

* Building rapport and trust with customers

* Accurately updating customer records and systems

* Working towards individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience within a telephone-based customer service role

* Alternatively, experience within renewals, retentions, account management or sales

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A customer-first mindset

* Strong attention to detail

* Professional and confident telephone manner

* Ability to work in a regulated environment
