Customer Care and Growth Executive Salary £28,500 plus bonuses Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Location:
Rooks bridge, North Somerset We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.
Job Role:
Customer Care and Growth Executive Main Duties:
Prospective customer demonstrations remote Existing customer demonstrations remote Sales order processing Managing leads - tracking and generation Customer service and support Diary management Marketing support Process and procedures upkeep and management Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate Internal/External communication updates as required Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job Knowledge and Skills Essential:
Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors) Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries Use a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environment Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision Show an awareness of others roles, responsibilities Strong organisational skills Desirable Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology Knowledge of the dental sector Knowledge of the veterinary sector Understanding of digital media Understanding of consumer marketing
Experience of b2b sales UK clean and current driving licence
