Position: Brand Team Coordinator (2 Positions Available)

We are looking for two organised, proactive and friendly people to join our growing Brand Team.

Collaber manages Tree2mydoor - one of the UK's leading online tree gifting brands, helping customers celebrate life's most important moments with meaningful gifts that grow.

This is a flexible role designed around a five-hour working day and would suit someone looking to build a rewarding career while maintaining balance around family life and other commitments. If you have an interest in trees and plants, gifting and a background in ecommerce operations, this could be perfect for you.

We are recruiting for two positions within the team.

Customer & Community Coordinator

Supporting customers and helping create exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Customer email and telephone support
  • Live chat and social media enquiries
  • Review management
  • Customer relationship building
  • Community engagement
  • Helping customers choose gifts
  • Supporting loyalty and retention initiatives
Brand Operations Coordinator

Supporting the smooth running and growth of the brand through:

  • Product and inventory management
  • Supplier coordination
  • Stock forecasting
  • Order management
  • Website updates
  • Quality control checks
  • Process improvements
  • Project support
  • New product launches

We do not expect applicants to have experience in everything listed above. We are more interested in finding capable people with the right attitude and matching responsibilities to individual strengths.
