Location: Walkden

Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator based in Walkden.
 
* Role:
Customer Service Administrator

* Location:

Walkden, fully office based
 
* Salary: 26k – 30k (DOE)

* Hours:

8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with availability to work half day Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
Responsibilities will include:
 
* Answering inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.
 
* Preparing and processing customer quotations.
 
* Greeting customers visiting the showroom/site and providing excellent customer service.
 
* Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.
 
* Processing orders accurately using internal systems.
 
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met.
 
* Developing a strong knowledge of the company’s products, systems, business and processes.
 
* Working with management to identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.
We’re looking for someone who:
 
* Is proactive, self-motivated and able to use their own initiative.
 
* Is flexible and willing to support the team during busy periods, including Saturday working and additional hours when required.
 
* Has excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
 
* Is confident using computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
 
* Has a good level of maths with the ability to work accurately with measurements.
 
* Enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues and the needs of the business.
 
* Is keen to develop their skills and knowledge within the business.
