Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Apprentice Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, supporting them with inquiries and managing complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
We're looking for candidates with GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 (C) or above, and a passion for customer service. The apprenticeship offers a starting salary of £15,600 and includes training towards a Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
