Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Specialist Customer Care Advisor in Manchester. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to Business Banking customers while resolving complex cases. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, working between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday on a shift basis.
The ideal candidate should have experience in telephony-based customer service, a customer-centric approach, and excellent time management skills. This position offers a salary of £27,700 per annum.
