Location: Worsley
Network Plus is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to support our Customer team on United Utilities contracts. This role offers hands-on experience in answering customer enquiries via phone, website, and email, as well as face-to-face customer interaction at operational sites.
You will receive training from skilled colleagues while enrolled in a level 2 or 3 apprenticeship in customer service. This opportunity will help you build confidence and pave the way for a rewarding career in customer service.
