We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Global Account Support to join a growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the key point of contact for customers across European markets, ensuring they receive first‑class service from enquiry through to delivery.

What you’ll be doingAs part of the Global Account Support team, you’ll:
- Manage and support a portfolio of international customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients across Spanish and Italian‑speaking markets.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and video calls in English, Spanish, and Italian.
- Coordinate customer orders, quotations, and account administration.
- Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
We’re keen to speak with people who have:
- Fluent Spanish and Italian (spoken and written) alongside excellent English.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or client services.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (desirable).
- A positive, team‑focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Salary starting from £30,000 DOE
