About the vacancy
Immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our busy dental hospital. We are looking for a receptionist apprentice for an exciting role working within the team.
- General everyday admin tasks
- Answering the phone internal and external
- Taking bookings and checking in and out for appointments
- Sending and receiving of emails
- Liaising with other parties
- Taking payments
You will receive the following training:
- This qualification requires college attendance one day a month.
- Customer care skills
- Analytical skills
- Logical
- Creative
- Initiative
- Non judgemental
- Physical fitness
- Essential:
English (GCSE - C/4 or above or equivalent) - Essential:
Maths (GCSE - C/4 or above or equivalent)
- On completion of the apprenticeship there may be a permanent position
The starting salary is £15,600 a year for 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm Saturday on rota system.
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months
