We are now looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our team where you’ll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
A Typical Day- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved.
- Support customers throughout the ordering process, providing product recommendations and guidance to meet their needs.
- Process customer orders accurately and manage the fulfilment process from order placement through to successful completion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve effective outcomes.
- Identify sales opportunities and work closely with Key Account Managers to support revenue growth, customer retention, and account development.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer information and orders.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
