Trafford Council is offering two full-time Apprentice Customer Service Advisor (Level
2) positions in our fast-paced, office-based Customer Contact Centre. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls and assist with some emails and social media enquiries, signposting and resolving queries at first contact across services such as Council Tax, Benefits, Planning and Libraries.
We’re seeking motivated individuals with good spoken English, reliable and willing to learn.
