JOBWISE in South Manchester is seeking an immediate-start Customer Service Advisor for a not-for-profit organisation. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, handling rent payments, repairs bookings and responsive to queries.
The role is primarily phone-based with some live chat and email, requires resilience and inbound contact centre experience, and involves accurate data entry in the in-house system. It is an ongoing temporary assignment with weekly pay and free on-site parking.
