Customer Service Agent (Part Time)

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and help create unforgettable journeys for travellers from around the globe. The ideal candidate: thrives in a fast-paced environment and has customer service skills that soar above the rest. They possess the ability to stay calm under pressure and enjoy working with a diverse team and passenger base.

Your flight plan includes:

  • Welcoming passengers with a warm smile at check-in
  • Navigating the complexities of travel documents with eagle-eyed precision
  • Mastering the art of efficient baggage handling and weight management
  • Floor walking to assist passengers with the self-service kiosks
  • Walking between the check-in zone and the boarding gate to ensure passengers board their flights safely and on time

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Courteous, patient and understanding
  • Basic computer system skills
  • Security Aware
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Previous face to face customer service experience (not essential)
  • Confidence and assertiveness

We are offering part-time positions with various hours:

  • 20 hours per week
  • 25 hours per week
  • 30 hours per week
  • 40 hours per week

Work hours vary across available shifts, beginning as early as 3:00am and ending as late as 11:30pm (23:30). Candidates should be prepared to work within this timeframe as operational needs require. Roster may be 6 on 3 off or 4 on 2 off subject to team.

Due to the operational demands, successful candidates must demonstrate full flexibility regarding shift patterns and working hours. The dynamic nature of our business requires team members who can adapt to changing schedules, as our operational requirements take priority to ensure seamless passenger service delivery.
