Job Description

Are you a talent in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you'll learn with us. Your role includes working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers on arrival, and assisting with returns – all while providing first‑class service.

Please note that this role is for a Fixed Term Contract that will be running until 31st March 2028, with a high potential of being extended beyond that date

YOUR ROLE

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You’ll assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
• You’ll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You’ll prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers
• You’ll support in handling rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service‑oriented and always with a smile

YOUR SKILLS

• Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
• Customer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales
• Communication You are communicative and articulate in English
• Flexibility You are flexible, team‑oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• Driving Experience You hold a valid driver’s licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
