Customer Service & Sales Support Executive Our client is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of specialist industrial products, supporting customers across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, food production, packaging, and materials handling.

The Role We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team. You'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders while supporting customers, sales teams, and operational departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Working with a dedicated customer base, you'll build strong relationships, develop technical product knowledge, and play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotations. Process orders, check stock availability, and coordinate delivery schedules. Work closely with external sales teams to prioritise customer requirements. Maintain customer records within CRM and business systems. Follow up quotations and identify sales opportunities. Coordinate service requests and gather relevant health & safety information. Source specialist products and liaise with suppliers where required.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Process UK and export orders in line with company procedures. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support, or account management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

Desirable Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Navision, Dynamics, SAP, or similar.

Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or another technical environment. Knowledge of export processes and logistics. Why Join?
