Part-Time Customer Service Advisor Hemel Hempstead | Hybrid Working After Probation (Minimum 2 days in the office) £26,500 per annum (pro rata) Part-Time | 15-20 hours per week Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a part-time opportunity with a professional and supportive organisation? We're recruiting for a experienced customer-focused individual to join a well-established organisation that prides itself on delivering a high-quality service to its customers.

The Role As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of enquiries via telephone, email and online channels, ensuring every interaction is dealt with professionally and efficiently. This is a varied role combining customer service and administration, where you'll work closely with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and online enquiries. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Record and maintain accurate customer information. Update internal systems with a high level of accuracy. Support the wider team with a range of administrative tasks. Resolve enquiries wherever possible at the first point of contact. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. About You We're looking for someone who has: 2/3 years previous customer service experience within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong administration and organisational skills. A confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
