Manage/ action a shared inbox Answering/ actioning all customer telephone calls Prepare customer quotations Deal with all customer enquiries Accurate and timely input of information onto the CRM system The successful candidate will be joining a small but existing team, and you will receive outstanding training and support. This role will be office based 4 days a week and 1 day from home after an initial induction/training period.
The successful candidate must have;
Previous experience in a customer relations and administration - minimum of 12 months Excellent communication skills both written a verbal A friendly and approachable manner Highly organised Strong team player Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving, can-do attitude Competent user of all MS Office packages If you are a customer service focussed individual who is looking for a new challenge within a supportive, busy and engaging team setting, please submit your CV for review.
