Location: Boothstown
Network Plus is seeking a Head of Customer to lead how we understand, manage and improve customer experience across the United Utilities contract. This is a senior role guiding operational teams to understand the impact of our work on customers and to meet client expectations.
You will drive the Group Customer Strategy, push improvements in customer performance and collaborate with contract teams and client representatives to strengthen how customer outcomes are planned, managed and measured.
