Sodexo in Salford is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Operator for a 6-month FTC. The role involves handling calls, emails, and messages, recording details, and delivering excellent service while meeting client service levels.
You will work 40 hours per week, have basic IT knowledge, be able to input data accurately, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. NVQ in Customer Service is desirable.
