Order Management / Customer Service Advisor (Key Accounts) – Temp – Perm [M23 area]
Temp to Perm (12 weeks temporary)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wythenshawe for an Order Management / Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Key Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business, with strong progression opportunities and a great team culture.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced and varied role focused on managing key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing an excellent level of service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
- Advising customers on delivery schedules and managing expectations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
- Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information
