About the Company

You'll be joining a private equity-backed financial services business with ambitious growth plans and a clear mission to make financial advice more accessible. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting clients through the pensions transfer and onboarding process.
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates, respond to enquiries, and ensure every client receives a smooth and professional experience.
  • Process documentation, obtain electronic signatures, maintain accurate records, and liaise with pension providers to progress cases efficiently.
  • Work closely with advisers and the wider operations team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and help continuously improve processes.
About You
  • Previous customer service or administration experience within a professional office environment.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries, documentation, or administrative processes.
  • Experience using business systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
