Customer Liaison Officer

Position: Customer Liaison Officer (CLO)

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer for a temp-to-perm opportunity working on a housing scheme. The role will involve acting as the main point of contact between residents and site teams while improvement and refurbishment works are carried out.

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works
• Keep residents informed of upcoming works, appointments and progress
• Arrange access to properties and coordinate appointments with site teams
• Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates
• Liaise closely with Site Managers, operatives and housing teams
• Maintain accurate records of all resident communication

• Previous experience as a CLO, TLO or Resident Liaison Officer
• Experience working within social housing or planned maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident dealing with residents in occupied properties
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
