Handelsbanken Customer Connect is a dynamic department within the Branch Network, offering telephony-based services and advisory support. The role is fully office-based at the Manchester City Centre Head Office with 7-hour shifts between 7am and 10pm on a weekly rotating basis.
The part-time Customer Support Officer (21 hours including weekends) involves handling payments, transfers, balances, cards, digital support, fraud and monitoring.
