Infinity is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic account development for enterprise clients, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Training to showcase value and drive adoption across the customer base.
You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to shape strategy, identify customer needs, and ensure ongoing adoption while expanding Infinity's footprint across geographies and use cases.
