Deter Tech in Manchester is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver a superior customer experience across the North West. You will conduct site surveys and post-incident assessments, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and service quality remains high.
You will engage with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to coordinate requirements, raise quotations, and manage the customer journey from survey to installation and ongoing service.
