• Order Management:
  Process customer orders and credits; resolve errors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Relations:
  Manage queries and disputes, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate information between Customer Care, Customer Supply Chain, and the Distribution Centre.

• Customer Care Management & order processing.
• Problem Solving & query resolution.
• Effective Communication with stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail & accuracy.
• Eligibility:
  No prior degree; GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+); BBC at A-Level (or equivalent).
