The LEGO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our seasonal team during our peak period. You will respond to LEGO fans worldwide in English and German, handling calls and emails with a smile, and providing friendly, on-brand support.
This fixed-term contract runs until 31 January 2027 with several possible start dates between June and September. It includes hybrid working, 3 days from home and at least two in the office after training, plus a training program.
