We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a respected automotive dealership in Manchester. Greet customers warmly and maintain professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit Keep customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress Develop and maintain technical product knowledge through manufacturer-led training Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer questions Maintain accurate customer records within management systems Uphold high standards of customer service and the dealership’s brand reputation Requirements:
