The Role Working as part of a small Customer Service & Operations team, you'll support customers across multiple products and be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries. This isn't a traditional call centre environment. You'll have the autonomy to investigate issues, liaise with technical teams, coordinate solutions and ensure customers receive a first-class service. You'll be supporting automotive dealerships across services including telematics, vehicle tracking and recovery solutions, fleet management software and managed insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Investigating customer issues and coordinating resolutions Liaising with internal technical and operations teams Booking jobs and managing schedules within internal systems Supporting customers across multiple products and services Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed Prioritising workloads in a fast-paced environment Building strong relationships with customers at all levels About You We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a busy environment.
You'll ideally have:
Customer service experience, either inbound or outbound Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to remain calm under pressure Confidence speaking with people at all levels Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A proactive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities A positive mindset and strong sense of accountability Experience working in a fast-paced environment What's In It For You?
