Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established, global business travel company based in Manchester who are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Business Travel consultant to join their team , working on a small portfolio of accounts . This role will be on a flexible hybrid rota in Manchester and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm offering a salary £32,000-£36,000 dependent on experience, along with great company benefits

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities :

Assisting corporate clients with Worldwide travel enquiries including flights, hotels and transfers by phone and email

Providing support and advise of the best travel options  

Responsible for the whole process including changes and amendments and ticketing

Offering ahigh level of service, while compliant with SLA’s

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Experience

Required:

Previous experience working within Business Travel/Corporate Travel

Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge

Experience using Sabre is preferred but other GDS Galileo/Amadeus maybe considered  

Fluent/Native Dutch language

Excellent Customer service skills

Strong fares and ticketing experience
