Day Concierge Luxury Residential Development | SW10, London £28,000 per annum | 4 on, 4 off (7am-7pm) We are currently recruiting for a polished and professional Day Concierge to join a luxury residential development in SW10. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a front-facing, resident-focused environment.

The Role Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm), you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling Monitor CCTV and access control systems Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent About You Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred) Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Well-presented, reliable, and proactive Calm and decisive under pressure Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
