Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor Are you fluent in Russian and English and looking for a customer service role with a genuine work-life balance? I'm currently recruiting for a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading travel business based in Edinburgh City Centre . What's on offer? Salary: £26,800 £1,000 annual language bonus
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (no evenings or weekends!)
Location:
Edinburgh City Centre - just a 10-minute walk from the train station
The Role As a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting travel customers across phone, live chat and email , taking ownership of each query from start to finish. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards key performance measures such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
