Position: Customer Service Agent (ISAs & Savings)
Hays are recruiting for an established financial services organisation who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join its growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience, ideally including knowledge of ISAs or savings products, to develop their career within a supportive and knowledgeable environment. You will play an important role in providing an efficient, accurate and customer-focused service, helping customers understand their accounts and supporting them in achieving their financial goal.

This is a permanent role, based in Manchester city centre, office-based.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm;
Friday, 9am to 4pm Your new role Key responsibilities Managing customer enquiries relating to ISA and savings products by telephone and email Handling new account enquiries and providing clear product information Supporting the onboarding of new customers Helping to retain Trust Fund customers and discussing available reinvestment options Maintaining accurate and compliant customer records Providing clear and professional guidance on customer accounts Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve the customer experience Developing your product knowledge and taking on additional responsibilities as you progress What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have:
Previous customer service experience within financial services Knowledge of ISA products, savings accounts or a similar financial product area Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A proactive and positive approach A calm, patient and empathetic manner A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service What you'll get in return The organisation offers a supportive working environment alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including:
