Job Description & How to Apply Below
Named Later is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a UK-leading technology business that puts sustainability and social impact at the heart of what it does. They look after IT hardware and software for public and private sector clients, from supply & installation through to secure disposal. They’ve recently launched a dedicated Customer Success function, with a clear aim: to move from reacting to client issues to getting ahead of them.
You’d join a team of five helping to shape how that works in practice.
- Being the first port of call for client queries, and keeping relationships warm and professional
- Owning client requirements after sales through to delivery, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Helping prepare quotes, proposals, statements of work and client packs.
- Processing sales and purchase orders, and managing bookings and service requests.
- Keeping the CRM accurate and tracking requests through to completion.
- Supporting sustainability and social value reporting.
- Experience in client service or an administrative role, with a track record of strong support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and a confident, professional manner.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities.
- Competent across Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Proactive and adaptable, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- A job where your work has a measurable environmental and social impact.
- Genuine breadth: you’ll see sales, operations and compliance up close with plenty of scope for progression over time.
- A growing business with a strong reputation and interesting clients.
- Location: North Manchester with free car parking and easy access via Metrolink.
- Working pattern: Hybrid, three days per week on-site.
- Package: up to £30,000 basic salary, 25 days holiday with options to buy additional days.
- Interview process: Phone call -> on-site meeting with the hiring team.
