What You'll Do Handle and resolve client requests efficiently and empathetically Communicate clearly with clients and internal partners Collaborate across departments to develop tailored solutions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to process improvements and special projects What You Bring Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or client services environment.
