DENTAL LABORATORY MANAGER – MANCHESTER

Join a professional and high‑performing dental team as a DENTAL LABORATORY MANAGER in a busy, well-established area in Manchester.

This role is perfect for a senior Technician passionate about DIGITAL DENTISTRY, WORKFLOW OPTIMISATION, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE, offering full autonomy, outstanding facilities, and collaborative clinical engagement.

• Full‑Time – Monday to Friday – sociable hours
• Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Oversee scheduling, digital production, and quality control
• Manage a multi‑specialty team and daily lab operations
• Lead CAD/CAM and digital workflows

• Longstanding Dental Lab Technician experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience required
• Proficient in digital dental technologies
  : CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3
  
  Shape), 3D printing, and scanning systems
• Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with All‑On‑X full arch restorations and Crowns & Bridges
• Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design, and lab techniques
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
