Position Summary

We seek an Experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.

Our well‑established, fully computerised private practice offers excellent patient care and growth opportunities. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient experience, managing practice operations, staff recruitment and development, financial KPIs, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with practice regulations.
