Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑orientated practice team in the Manchester area. Part‑time position – Sundays 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, £300–£450 estimated daily earnings. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Manchester Victoria station.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.

• Leading patients through our well established patient journey – offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
• Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking follow‑up appointments, completing check‑ins, and supporting finance applications
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Planning and driving income targets for the practice through utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
• Ensuring practice and patient journey compliance

• A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position
• Open to applicants from a sales/lead generation background
• Drive and ambition to succeed, hunger to progress in career and industry
• Confident in presenting themselves to team and patients, willing to go the extra mile to ensure a 5‑star patient experience
• Ability to discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
• Dentally software experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
• DBS checked with right to work within the UK

• A highly competitive hourly rate, with on‑target earnings of £300‑£450 per day
• Access to a large management network within the business, with conferences and monthly meetings to share ideas and develop as a manager
• Great support in the role from individuals, quality systems and experienced head office departments such as recruitment, marketing & finance
• GDC, indemnity and CPD costs covered if you are a Qualified Nurse – equivalent to circa £500 per year
